Envision Downhole, LLC was founded in January 2019 by Troy Blanchard in Odessa, Texas. After spending time overseas in the Middle East and Africa, Troy and his wife, Claire, returned to the United States in 2015, focused on reconnecting with their roots and pursuing their journey has instilled in them a profound understanding of the oil and gas industry's unique challenges.

They are dedicated to making a lasting impact in their community. Today, Envision Downhole stands as a partner that genuinely cares about every project and every person involved, inspiring success in every endeavor.

Meet the Founders

Troy Blanchard

With over thirty years of oil field experience, Troy began his career as a roughneck on an offshore drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico.

After advancing through various roles in drilling, he transitioned to the services sector of the oil field, joining Weatherford Enterra as a trainee fishing hand. With 25 years of expertise in the Fishing and Milling Business, Troy held positions in Sales Management in both domestic and foreign regions.

After spending 10 years overseas, he returned to the US in 2015 as a contract fishing hand then founded Envision Downhole in 2019.

Claire Blanchard

Started her career overseas in the Middle East in 2007, taking on a pivotal role with 02 Pearl Qatar Branch of Saipem SA (ENI) and VEOLIA Water Technologies in the Pearl C8 Shell GTL Project.

In 2011, she advances her career by transferring to Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she excelled in providing strategic support in Human Resources and Administration at VEOLIA Besix Maintenance & Operation Co.

The following year, she seized the opportunity to further enhance her expertise by joining Al-Shaheen Weatherford in Doha, Qatar, in the Human Resources Department.

She is a Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP), accredited by American Certification Institute (ACI), USA, and with the certification as Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since 2019, she has been managing HR, Administration, Accounts and Finance at Envision Downhole, LLC.
